Tracey Pitcher

OFFICE MANAGER

Tracey joined Mowll & Mowll in 1985 as a legal secretary. She then moved into the accounts department and quickly became the Accounts Manager assisting with the day to day financial management of the firm, working closely with the COFA and managers.

Her expertise focuses on management organisation and financial management of the firm. The roles for each are extremely varied and covers a vast range of areas and topics.

Tracey is the Office and Accounts Manager meaning she has responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis and responsibility for ensuring the accounts department runs smoothly and is compliant with the SRA Accounts Rules. Consequently her day can be varied and she can often be found juggling a number of tasks.

In addition to the day to day tasks Tracey also works closely with the firm’s COLP in developing, implementing and coordinating the firm’s risk management, business continuity and supporting the managers in ensuring consistent implementation of policies and
procedures.

Away from work, Tracey enjoys cruising on her cool Lambretta.
