Rachael has worked within our Family Department since joining Mowll & Mowll as a Legal Secretary in January 2000. 

In November 2016 Rachael transferred to the role of Family Paralegal and Assistant to Eileen Sutton, in addition to assisting the family department Rachael also runs her own caseload.

​Rachael has experience in dealing with a wide variety of family issues including:

• Divorce Proceedings
• Uncontested Financial Matters
• Children Matters
• Drafting and preparation of documentation required by Barristers and for Court
• Proceedings

Rachael understands the upset that can be caused by family breakdown and has an empathic approach to all.

In January 2021 Rachael successfully completed the Level 3 CPD Award in Family Law with a Higher Distinction.
