Eileen is a solicitor, family mediator and collaborative lawyer who joined Mowll & Mowll as a Director on 9th February 2015, after leaving another Kent firm where she was a Partner and Head of the Family Department. Since qualifying in 2002 she has worked exclusively in family law. She has experience in all aspects of family law, helping families resolve disputes in respect of divorce, separation, finances and children. She is also experienced in advising co-habitees upon separation and parties wishing to enter into post or pre-nuptial agreements, as well as advising grandparents in respect of children issues.

Eileen is a firm believer in finding solutions that are right for the people involved and their families. As a mediator and collaborative lawyer Eileen can offer a truly bespoke service to clients, assisting and enabling them to find the right process for them.

Eileen is a committed member of Resolution and is a Resolution accredited specialist with portfolios in Advance Financial Provision and Children Law. She has also achieved accredited status with the Law Society and is a member of the Family Law Advanced Panel. She has recently become a Committee member for Kent Resolution.

Eileen has recently been accepted as a Law Society mentor.
