Stefanie has worked in the legal profession for over 15 years, specialising in family law for the last decade. Her career began as a receptionist and legal secretary, progressing to an Advanced Paralegal in 2019 and later qualifying as a Family Lawyer. This pathway has enabled her to work with clients at every step of their legal journey.

Stefanie began studying law with CILEX (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) in 2017. As the legal sector evolves there’s a growing demand for a new kind of lawyer – a specialist lawyer; trained differently and qualifying as specialists from the start.

Stefanie sat on the Professional Board at CILEX as a NED (non-executive director) for the 2023 – 2024 term. She was the first Advanced Paralegal to secure such a role. 

Alongside her day job, Stefanie co-owns Women in Law Kent. This community was created to empower, support and encourage anyone who identifies as a woman who works or aspires to work in the legal profession. 

Outside of her work, Stefanie loves to volunteer in her local community as she has a passion for nature and the environment.
