Wills
Our fees for a single Will start from £300.00 + VAT. Please contact our team and a tailored quote can be provided.
For mirror wills for a couple, our fees start from £400.00 + VAT.
More complex matters may result in fees exceeding those outlined above.
Lasting Powers of Attorney
There are two types of Lasting Powers of Attorney for Property & Financial Affairs as well as Health and Welfare.
For individuals:
Our fees for preparing Lasting Power of Attorney are £500.00 + VAT
Our fees for preparing both Lasting Power of Attorney are £650.00 + VAT
For couples:
Our fees for preparing one Lasting Power of Attorney each are £750.00 + VAT
Our fees for preparing both Lasting Power of Attorney each are £950.00 + VAT
Please note in each instance, each document needs to be registered with the Office of the Public Guardian for which there is a fee of £92.00 per document.
If you instruct us to prepare both Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney at the same time, we can offer a quote for preparing both, which may be less than if you were to instruct us separately.
Deputyships
Our fees for completing an application for a deputyship order for either property and financial affairs or personal welfare are £1,204.00 + VAT. In addition there is a Deputyship court fee of £421.00
