Nicky joined Mowll & Mowll in 2025. Nicky has specialised in residential conveyancing for over 20 years, she has extensive experience of:

• shared ownership properties, right to buy, re-mortgages,
• transfers of equity,
• voluntary lease extensions,

• declarations of trust. 
• Matrimonial transfers on divorce and separation.

Nicky recognises that buying and selling properties can be a stressful time and she is recognised for her no nonsense, pragmatic approach.

Outside of work Nicky, and her family, are avid ice skaters and are often found playing ‘tag’ at their local rink.
