Called to the Bar in 2007, Mel is a seasoned litigator, experienced in depute resolution and advocate, principally in the Employment Tribunal up to and including appeal.

Specialist areas of litigation include but not exclusive to :

• Contested probate – Inheritance claims and disputed wills.
• Winding up proceedings
• Debt recovery
• All areas of general litigation bar personal injury.

Mel recognises that Litigation is often a stressful arena and as such she understands the importance of high-quality client care. She values a common sense, calm, sensitive approach, good communication and a trusted relationship with clients. 

Outside of work Mel enjoys renovating her home, which she thought was a good idea at the time !
