We handle many commercial leases, sales, purchases and so on, always with an eye on your business needs. We also act for various large property owners, everything from agricultural estates to blocks of flats in Chelsea.

We have a separate department for employment law , but we regard employment solutions as an integral part of our business service. This can be especially helpful when we are acquiring or disposing of a business for a client, as the question whether staff are compulsorily transferred with a business can have a major impact on the whole transaction.

What can you tell me about the cost?

The cost of commercial legal work is difficult to forecast in advance as the size and complexity of transactions varies enormously. We have often found that our fees are a fraction of those charged by larger firms, while our skills and experience of business issues give our service an extra dimension. Whatever the size and complexity of the deal, we will give you our best estimate of the cost at the outset and frequent information about the cost incurred, as we go along. We aim to add value, not exploit our relationship.
